INSIDER INFORMATION: I have connections with suppliers all around the world to make sure you’re getting exactly what you pay for. I know when to visit a destination and when to avoid it. And if something goes wrong, I know exactly who to speak to to make it right again.
ITINERARY PLANNING: I provide detailed, interactive itineraries to help you maximize every moment of your vacation while saving oodles of time – giving you extra information and paying attention to the little details that mean so much.
Why would I work with you instead of booking my trip online?
The real question is: Why *wouldn’t* you?
First and foremost, I know stuff about travel that you don’t. Remember, this is my chosen career path, so I’m completely immersed in travel info all. the. time. I have regular meetings with my suppliers. I read like ten different travel publications every morning before I finish my first cup of coffee. I’ve got inside information and travel tips to ensure your vacation goes smoothly.
But I don’t know *everything*. (Shocking, I know.) Which means every trip I plan requires many hours of independent research: talking to my colleagues, working with my suppliers, and searching for the best values. That’s hours that *you* don’t have to waste on the phone, on the internet, or simply tearing out your hair.
Look: I hire someone to clean my house. Why? Because it saves me a ton of time. Plus, she does a way better job of it than I do.

Are there any travel requests you don't handle?
In general, I'll help you plan any and every type of travel requests, with the exception of:
UNVETTED VACATION RENTALS: This means Airbnbs and VRBOs. Because I cannot validate the quality of these accommodations (and because these suppliers provide little to no recourse if something goes wrong), I do not feel confident booking these for my clients. If you are need of a rental home or villa, though, I have access to plenty of vetted, professionally managed properties that I’d be happy (and confident) to match you with.
AIR-ONLY BOOKINGS: If you only need to book air travel without accommodations, I highly suggest you book directly with the airlines.
What if something goes wrong while I'm traveling?
I'm always here to help you. Additionally, my trusted network of suppliers have specialists on the ground in many destinations who can help you while you're traveling. And finally, I always recommend that my clients purchase a quality travel insurance policy to protect themselves from schedule changes, unexpected losses, and medical emergencies. I provide every client with a customized travel insurance quote tailored to their specific needs.
